How should I care for the doll clothes?
All outfits are handmade with delicate materials. We recommend gentle handwashing with cold water only. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or wring. Lay flat to dry and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear quality issue. Please check the product details and doll size compatibility before ordering.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is not included by default. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD (after discounts, before tax).
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items typically dispatch within 3–5 business days. For handmade or custom pieces, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Will this fit my doll?
Our clothing is designed for plush dolls approximately 18cm tall, such as Labubu or similarly sized dolls. Please refer to the product description and photos for fit guidance.
